NASCAR at Bristol: Odds, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch for Food City 500
NASCAR is taking a tiny break and this weekend’s event heads to the venue at Bristol Motor Speedway.
While the racing will be changing up somewhat right now, the storylines remain virtually the same: Kyle Busch has had one of the best cars every week, Kevin Harvick is still searching for his first win and Brad Keselowski and Denny Hamlin will be lurking for their third successes. The past is the past, however, and Busch has all of the history at Bristol Motor Speedway, with seven career wins at the trail with 10 leading 5s and 15 top 10s to his title there, also. He won last season’s race and will look for his third win it should also be noted he has crushed at Bristol, therefore there’s some danger here.
Hamlin and keselowski do not quite have the same track record as Busch at the monitor, but Harvick has been the very best concerning consistency in recent memory. He has just two wins there and has not finished outside the top 10 in his past seven races.
History says he should factor to the win, but he only has had the car yet to win and that can’t be dismissed. It’s really difficult to call him making it .
We are going with Busch since he has the auto, loves Bristol and has factored into the final laps in every race he has been in this season from the Cup Series on down to the Trucks.
